The psychological type profile of Salvation Army officers working within the United Kingdom: diversity, strengths, and weaknesses in ministry

This study draws on psychological type theory that has its origins in the work of Carl Jung to explore profile Salvation Army officers serving within UK. Data provided Francis Psychological Type Scales by 269 female and 165 male draw attention distinctive characteristics these ways which they differ from population UK as a whole. The show clear preference for introversion (68%), sensing (75%), feeling (66%), judging (86%). (76%), (62%), thinking (60%), discusses strengths brought active ministry characteristics, but also weaknesses vulnerabilities.
